Me driving...

We started by cleaning the house of a little old lady. She was very nice, and gave us some bananas to eat later. Then there was lunch...
We drove to Cascade Park, OH, to have lunch. So, Linda parked her car, and we got out and went into the woods. It was so beautiful out there! All the trees had different colours, variating from green, to gold, to red, to orange, to yellow. And the temperature was great, and the wind was blowing leaves at us. It was simply amazing. To eat our lunch, we sat on a bridge, looking at the river. The river had these fallen leaves in it. Also, the rocks next to us sheltered us from the wind. So, only if we looked up, we saw the leaves falling on us. As we walked back to the car we had some other marvelous views at the river.
Before we got to the car, we walked along a playground. This happened to be the same playground I played at thirteen years ago, with Linda, Patti and my parents. It was a strange coincidence.
Then we got to the car, and instead of Linda walking towards the drivers seat and me sliding into the passenger seat, it was the other way around. Today was the day I drove a car for the first time. And I loved it! We just drove around in the parking lot, but it was so much fun! And it went pretty well. I think I'm a natural...
Unfortunately, there is an end to all good times. We had to leave to the next house to clean. This time it was Linda's and Patti's friend Laura's house (she's blind). Her house was beautifully decorated, and I loved the way it looked. With all the stuff in it, it looked like she had traveled a lot and like she's seen many places. Also, every room seemed to have a slightly different theme (beaches, jungle, I-have-a-back-yard-in-Peru, Autumn). Over all, I loved her house (and her dog and cats). The cleaning, however, wasn't the most exciting thing ever.
In the evening, after we were finished with Laura's house and had some rest, we went out to eat. As a surprise, Linda took me to Dave and Buster's, a restaurant/play hall. We went to have a look, and then Linda, a friend of Linda's named Kim, and I had dinner. We ate with three huge screens in front of us, and two smaller ones on either side of the three. All of them showed sports.
When Patti arrived, we went into the playing area. We played a couple of games with these kinds of credit cards (which we bought together with our meal). If you won, or something like it, you got a couple of coupons, and in the end you could 'buy' prizes with them. We had a lot of fun playing the games; pack-man, a weird step-on-the-right-arrow-so-it-looks-like-you're-dancing game, basketball, and many more. Everything was big, and loud, and very colourful. It was overwhelming, but I wouldn't want to have missed it!
